I agree. The finemaster needs to remember to inform the speaker of the time limit. It makes everyone more comfortable with the expectations of the meeting.

Perhaps we need to do a better job of advising the speakers of the time limit. I thought Gary did a good job last week by standing in the back for a couple of minutes and then moving to the front of the room as the speaker continued on. This might have been more effective if the speaker had been informed ahead of time that Gary would stand at 25 minutes.
