[Rotary] Changes to the Rotary Club Bylaws

Fellow Club Members,
President Gary asked me to send out the Bylaw changes that have  been
pending for several months. Please review the attached document and come
prepared to vote on these changes at the August 4th meeting.  I will be
happy to answer any questions but I cannot make any modifications to the
proposed changes as written in the attached document.
