Dear President John,

Please share the message below and attachments with your club.  We need to
finalize the the group soon.

Dear Club Presidents,
I would appreciate if you could make an announcement regarding this years'
Festival of Brotherhood with District 4150 in Mexico.  This will be our
19th annual Festival and is an opportunity for your Club to commit to an
international project in Mexico using both District and The Rotary
Foundation funds.  The FOB will begin on January 23 and conclude on
February 1, 2014.  In addition to the Guadalajara area, participants will
have a choice of going to Puerto Vallarta, Culiacan or Tepic to visit Clubs
and see potential projects.  Registration packets are attached and on the
District website and pre-registration needs to be completed soon in order
to guarantee your airline flight.  Get your registration in this week.  Go
International and take advantage of this great opportunity!
