[Rotary] Rotary Picnic Today

It has come to my attention that the directions to the combined Ft Bragg - Mendocino Rotary Picnic were not sent out, so here it is:

> Ft Bragg club will provide beer, wine and soft drinks plus water along with most of the food.   Attendees are asked to bring an appetizer or dessert.
