  After surveying people around the world on their biggest complaints
about
COVID-19 protective masks, it's clear that we need a new, better, NEXT-GEN
MASK.

 Today, we're announcing our latest competition aimed at developing a new
protective mask: The Next-Gen Mask Challenge. 

 With a $1 Million (USD) prize purse on the line, this 8-month
competition,
open to entrants ages 15 to 24 years old, challenges young innovators to
shift the cultural perspective around mask-wearing behavior by developing
the next generation of consumer face masks.

 The winning team will be connected to rapid manufacturing opportunities
to
accelerate the production of their reimagined face masks to make them
widely available and get them into the hands of the public so we can all
feel comfortable wearing masks. 

 Masks are effective and they are here to stay. Help redesign the new
normal.
