here's the KZYX policy on Financial Management & Controls:

on page nine, Section 3.7, there's a policy for audits:

     "Audits will be performed annually by a certified public accounting firm for the preceding fiscal year of 

     July 1 to June 30. The Treasurer, the General Manager and appropriate staff will be involved in the

     annual audit. Presentation to the Board of Directors of the audit will be done by the Treasurer and 

     General Manager."

so annual audits are supposed to be presented to the entire Board of Directors, right?

then look at the Board of Directors meeting minutes here:

there's no mention of audits in eight years of meeting minutes .. am I missing something? .. 

okay .. now look at this:

voila! .. eight years worth of audits that were never presented .. 

now look at the mailing address on the audits for 2010, 2011 and 2012 ..
