Dear Tim,

If I remember this correctly, Eric sent this to you as an email under a 

subject line marked 'OFFLIST'. Posting it here doesn't seem like the best 

way to make friends and influence people. 

And if you're pointing to the outcome of civil litigations past -- as well

as large jury verdicts -- suing me again should be a slam-dunk, right?

So why not call KZYX today and make a $75,000 pledge contingent on

the outcome of another such lawsuit.

Doug, Tim may be hiding something and I  glad you may be giving him the
confidence building, so the seemingly missing $200,000 can be recovered
from insurance for the station. Come on Tim, what is it? We like your show,
even if it seems sometimes someone is venting. Eric
