I am no legal eagle but I have served on civil juries and been a witness
in civil trials. You have to prove a monetary loss before you can sue
somebody for compensation. If you are wondering what the legal expenses
were for, just ask your best bud John Sakowicz because he was on the
KZYX BOD when they were incurred. My guess is that they were
consultations to provide expert advice to make sure that the station was
in compliance with rules and regulations. So, if true, you, King, and
your nescient little group are responsible for the expenses. Because
there are no sweeping changes I think the station is probably in
compliance. Your track record for accuracy is pretty dismal. SM
