[Kzyxtalk] Statute re Equal Time for Candidates

The problem is that we cannot trust what is being told to us through the current ( for 3 more days) Program Director. In looking through the public file at the station, I came across the file that said there had been. no requests for political air time at the station during that time period. That leaves me to believe that the original statute is still in effect.
In other matters, King Collins wants to do the document inspection. I told him I thought it best to wait until Campbell's contract expired--Feb. 8th as the two contracts of GM & Interim GM are overlapping.
Who is really in charge at this point? I would hate to put Dechter in a position where she has to oppose the incumbent GM and the past Board President.
