Re: Programming (not "advisory") Council:
Please Dear People, try to grok this: 
If we have a Programming" ADVISORY" Council or Committee, it will NOT be an independent, transparent and democratic body! No way. That is why it was not fair, democratic, transparent, or INDEPENDENT when queenmary controlled it! Please stop using the word "Advisory" when you make reference to the PROGRAMMING COUNCIL/COMMITTEE! It must be controlled and voted upon by its Members, and not controlled by one person, as it has been all these many years. If it is, it is not a real or true Programming Council, but is only "Advisory" which is not what we want. 
I hope you agree. Please check out other radio stations' Programming Councils and you will learn that they are not "advisory", which means that the people on this council have no rights or votes, and must defer to the Head Honcho Person, at our station that being Mary A. all these years, when and if we had one at all!
Language is important. Please let's try to use the correct words for this very important committee:
PROGRAMMING COUNCIL.
