[Kzyxtalk] New General Manager

Since KZYX's new General Manager is a journalist, maybe he can put some of the following issues to rest in writing:


1. For the past six years, Public Form 990s have stated under oath that MCPB's policy isn't to review them -- pre or post-filing -- with MCPB trustees. What's the reason for that policy, and where did it come from?


2. For the same period of time, the same Public Form 990s have also sworn that no audited financial statements have been prepared for those years -- when MCPB swore to its major donors that they had been prepared. Which sworn statement is true?


3. Given the choice of (1) whitewashing the truth to hide a corrupt, repressive regime and keep your job, or (2) applying 'value creation, ethics and leadership' to expose that regime and lose your job: Which is the best choice?
