Hi Scott, 
  I don"t know of any policy prohibiting online communication from either the Board or the GM. In Sept. 2015, under the efforts of Campbell, the Board was considering a confidentiality agreement that would be agreed upon by all directors (as an attempt to reign in Sakowicz) but it was never approved.  It would be nice to have a good showing at the next meeting.  Has the CAB announced the date for its only public meeting this year? I haven't heard anything over the airwaves and I'm poised to file a formal complaint with the Inspector General of the CPB as the CAB members (with the exception of Ellen Saxe) seem to be nearly comatose in regard to being effective as a conduit for public input. In nearly three years of archived KZYXTalk posts, I haven't seen any posts from the KZYX General Manager or any of the Trustees.
Do you know of any policy prohibiting that? If so, is the passage of that policy reflected in any MCPB meeting minutes that are available to the public?
