Does anyone know which of the following statements is accurate?


"Money received from CPB was less than expected (123k) and has been going down steadily over the years." (KZYX Meeting Minutes, 11/7/16).


Sheila Dawn Tracy Article, 11/30/16

"Federal funds from a Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) grant of $121K have been awarded of which 70% is expected to arrive soon." (Sheila Dawn Tracy Article, 11/30/16)


i.e., Was $123,000 from CPB received by 11/7/16 or not?
