[Kzyxtalk] Committees, Checks and Balances

>From a discussion with a member:

​The membership and all interested parties need to see the statement below.​
The KZYX ​ Bylaws  establish​ed​ two committees​:
1-​ the Executive Committee of officers and​2-​ an Audit Committee that picks the auditor of finances.  
The Bylaws also authorize​d​ the Board to establish other standing committees. 
Using that authority, the Board created​:1-​ the Finance and ​2- ​Personnel Committees.  [among others]

Later, in a separate policy,​ ​the Board created​:​the Program Advisory Committee.

None of these committees is in operation at this time​ and have not been for ​years.
​As a result of there being no committees, ​all ​KZYX ​decisions regarding finance, programming and personnel are made by two people: the​ KZYX 
 GM and the​ KZYX Program Director,​ no ​check​​​s ​and/or ​balance​s​,  on either of them.
