[Kzyxtalk] Job Announcement for Program Director

It is interesting that the job description gives executive production decisions to to the PD despite board policy which gives those decisions to the Programming committee.  There is nothing mentioned about working with the committee either.  I don't know why the board spent just vote to eliminate the policy.
