Job Announcement

KZYX&Z, Mendocino County Public Broadcasting, is seeking a full-time Program Director. We are a local community radio station, as well as the area's NPR affiliate. We have a small staff, so the person filling this position will: serve as executive producer of all programming; share responsibilities for daily station operations; manage the programming schedule, including  NPR and other nationally syndicated offerings, locally produced public affairs and music programming, and locally produced news; recruit, train, and manage approximately ninety volunteer music and public affairs programmers; assist with producing on-air fund drives; and manage the music library. Our programming originates from three studios within Mendocino County using Tieline via internet.
