    The board mentioned at the last meeting about the value of engaging 
with the members, but of course they don't follow through. And they lie 
when they say that the members control the station. The members have 
zero input. Several times I wrote to the board and got no reply, not 
even /Got your note, thanks/, until I copied a to-board note to the AVA 
and the UDJ. Then I got a reply from Stuart that didn't address any 
points in my note but simply declared that the board had voted 
unanimously to support John Coate and that was the end of it. One sentence.
    When I wrote again to request a reply, in a little more detail, 
please, from each member of the board, the same thing happened. No reply 
until I copied my note to the AVA and the UDJ. Then Stuart replied to 
say that /everyone on the board but one had agreed on the reply/ to send 
me. That right there is an example of the board meeting unposted to 
conduct station business, which I'm pretty sure is against the law.
    Even if it isn't, it shows clearly that the board is not interested 
in interacting with the members in any way. I was a fool to think that 
sending in membership money would help me get my message across, much 
less ever get my wonderful show on the air on KZYX. And the board 
members are cowards for not engaging in any true leisurely uncensored 
normal human back-and-forth conversation about the station-- not on the 
air and not at a board meeting and not in private and not even by email.
    Cowards and liars.
