[Kzyxtalk] CAB members. How to contact?

I have invited Bob and believe one or two may be listening in.  More CAB
and a Board members would make this process more effective.  In good time...

Also wanted to say, good point about the possible need for two CAB's.  It
makes sense to have one inland and one coastal.  Back in the day
(2004-2008?) they tried multiple CAB's.  I think they had four.  Many get
this confused with the PAC, which came later.  I do not know much about
this period, that's your era, I do not know when or why this idea petered
out.
