[Kzyxtalk] KZYX 2015 board election strategies

I agree with Norman - the platform might be created via items submitted 
to this list as queries for a survey and clarified/correlated online.  I 
suggest that the platform be created first in order to discover 
consensus amongst potential member/activists.

My personal perspective on this whole effort is that KZYX local 
programming content is superb but is being diminished by a commercial 
attitude that must yield to one facilitating community development in 
spirit and practice. We have a lot of discovery coming up in the near 
future and KZYX is perhaps the most critical platform for that 
evolutionary exploration.

By commercial I refer to 1. invasive and redundant program announcements 
2.Inconsistent, incomplete         and redundant public service 
announcements 3, Inacurate, pessimistic and debililtating (no action 
possible) NPR programming 4. No public input for a public radio station 
5, Riskless Safe Radio
