[Kzyxtalk] any ideas for feedback ?

OK - two of the forms from the KZYX "PAC" are reasonable enough, but the
third has categories for a 1-5 grade that read:

"is cheerful, positive"…."is rude difficult"…."open, friendly"…."defensive
terse"…"helpfull, informative"…."welcomes feedback, ideas"….professional
manner"…."work habits, time use…"

This "evaluation form" is highly subjective, extremely personal, and
probably illegal in the normal workplace.

So which is it? Is this form from the "PAC" of KZYX, or is this classic
Mark Perkins?

Uh, Mark? Where did you get this, and was this being used at KZYX to rate
staff and board members, and if so, by whom?

Friendly fascism at its worst.
