I don't think the programmer evaluations have been used since the
PAC fell apart, but I could be wrong. You are correct that we are
supposed to be reviewed yearly, and I hope we return to that. <br><span class="HOEnZb"><font color="#888888">

Not sure what the purpose of a Board-member evaluation
