[Kzyxtalk] Salary of KZYX General Manager

Sacowicz/sakowicz is a liar, but he can't be counted on to lie all the 
time, so who knows? I know this, though: KZYX is a totally public 
entity. If they refuse to disclose ANYTHING they're on the very thinnest 
of ice. They may not.
