[Kzyxtalk] Salary of KZYX General Manager

Is this true, what Sack says: "I know what Coate gets paid, but the KZYX
Board's secrecy rules prohibit me from disclosing it."

Is Coate's salary a secret?  Or is Sack O'Whiz just blowing more smoke?

If true, why would anyone want to contribute to a community station that
would not reveal what employees are being paid?
