Good morning!

 

Who is ready for some good news???

 

Each firm that placed 5 or more listings into the CRMLS database in 2025
will receive $6.61 per residential listing submitted, syndicated and sold,
with the exception of listings that had confirmed violations and fines. 

 

*	Approximately 2,000 brokers qualify for this distribution
*	Qualified brokers will receive an email from CRMLS before the end of
March asking them to verify their direct email address (not a main office or
administrative email). Brokers will be required to verify their email
address by filling out a simple verification form from Survey Monkey.
*	Once verified, they will receive a second email from Bill.com
