Start the New Year off on the left foot with T'ai Chi Chih!!!
You are most cordially invited to the first class of the year on Wednesday,
Jan. 7th,
from 12-1 at Caspar Community Center. *The first class of the year is
complimentary. *Bring a friend and enjoy the experience of Raising Your
Chi.

The class for *Parkinson's folks and their caregivers* is on Jan. 8th from
12:15-1:15
at Caspar Community Center. This class is held monthly (usually the first
Thursday of
the month) and is complimentary. Chairs are available and the center is
wheelchair accessible.
