Dear Ones, 
Before Ancha moved to Costa Rica, many will remember her as an active participant in many of the Spirit House events. 
Please take a moment to hold her in light and love as she is currently undergoing emergency surgery today for a tumor on her spine. 
We will keep you posted as we hear the updates.
Even a moment, to stop, light a candle, and send her love, matters.
