FOR MY FELLOW FRIDAY MEDITATION FRIENDS

Sorry to miss this Friday; having some glitches with my computer (or maybe my brain).  My first reaction was to panic, but then I STOPPED and sat in silence.  Ah, things calmed down and I was there with you all.  I began to feel how we are more than connected for our hour together on Fridays; much deeper and nurturing.
