Hi Jenna & Joysee and any others having difficulties about how to send via The Spirit Express i.e.: poetry, notices, inspirations, event or group notices, etc. “TO:"

~ To send something to the group all you have to do is place this address:  thespiritexpress at lists.mcn.org  in the “TO" field ~~~ that is it ~~!! 

~If you send something to: ron at spirithousehealing.org, or Spirithouse at mcn.org, or to rnadeau at mcn.org it will ONLY go to me ~ NOT to the Spirit Express list.. 

~So, to be clear ~~~~ Place  thespiritexpress at lists.mcn.org   in the TO: field of your email~. The “TO:” field is above the “Cc:” field above~.
