			~~~~ to post on the express all you have to do is send it “To": thespiritexpress at lists.mcn.org

The same as sending me an e-mail or anyone else~. 

~~To explain: 

~~ At the top of a blank e-mail there is the following: 

To: 					(in this field you type the address of who you are sending ~ if sending to the spirit express you type:  thespiritexpress at lists.mcn.org  since  you are a member it auto fills when you start typing but no space between words

Cc:

Bcc:

Subject:

From: 


~~~~ So, another way to say this is:  if you were sending me an e-mail you would type my name in the “To” field ~~~ just do the same with thespiritexpress at lists.mcn.org
