Fort Bragg Mill Site Master Development Agreement Planning Program

Please join us Thursday, June 26 at 5:30 at Cotton Auditorium.

The city council is holding a special meeting to provide input on the next phase of the Mill Site Master Development Agreement Planning Program at Cotton auditorium (500 N. Harold St, Fort Bragg CA 95437) with a focus on community visioning for the future of the Headlands. This is an important opportunity to have our voices heard.

• If you believe that the community has a right and responsibility to ensure that the remaining contaminants should be cleaned up, that any developments are environmentally safe, and the natural beauty is worth preserving, please come and have your voice heard.

• If you believe that the community has a right and responsibility to share in the significant decisions of how this brownfield is redeveloped such that it serves the greater good of Fort Bragg and not just a few wealthy investors, then write to the City Council, come and have your voice heard.

• If you believe that we the people need to participate in the process of determining the best and highest uses of this gem on our coast and that more than just a tourist attraction is needed for economic stability, livable wages, and workforce housing, then let that be known to the City Council by writing a letter, sending an email or if possible, come and let your voice be heard.

Please let your voice be heard and share your vision for the future of Fort Bragg and the coastal community through the regeneration of the old Mill Site brownfield into the Noyo Headlands coastal gem. Exercise your right and responsibility to share your beliefs of what is best for Fort Bragg and the Coastal Community in determining the future of the Noyo Headlands.

Write the City Council:
