Thanks so much for this Ron ~ I hope everyone will take some time to check it out.

I have been eating a 99% plant based diet for almost 60 yrs now.
My cancer cure was primarily due to Macrobiotics back in 1967-68 ~ my lymph system was filled with tumors some the size of eggs.
UCLA medical teams said ~ sorry there’s nothing we can do for you ~ nothing at all.
The short story is I turned to macrobiotics ( the philosophy of Chinese medicine ) ~ and fasting and prayer.
A year later I was cancer free. ~~~~~  Also I know it has helped me greatly through my stroke and two open heart surgeries.

Seriously ~ it’s all about relationship ~ w/ourselves and the planet ~ how what/we eat is primary.  ~m. 🙏 💛⚡️
