There is a great importance for all of us to continually RESOURCE our selves ~ Individually and collectively~. 

	~ Staying healthy is a major concern for everyone ~~ Also, many of us have been deeply concerned and

effected by political concerns of which we have little to no control over and are suffering from a case of the worries~! 

~ Well, there is no shortage of things to worry about, grave things as well, and we know that worry does not help~.

So, what to do~?

~That’s right, for some the Q. is how to get out of the post holiday hangover, winter funk, depression, the Blu’s and dark moods…

So, What to Do~~? Ways to Resource:

Yes, walking in the forest, sitting in the Sun, visiting Mother Ocean, exercising/yoga/swimming/biking, golf etc.,  singing, take up an instrument, 

what about creative arts, as well as, visiting friends and neighbors ~ Community - Community - Community~~. 

~ We live in an amazing restorative and healing environment and we, all of us, again, individually and collectively 

have the opportunity to build a Healing Community and take advantage of it ourself ~ create it and live it~!

Mendocino Open Mic Poetry Series
Last Saturday of the month: January 25th
Mendocino Art Center at the Stevenson Studio
Time: 4-6 pm
Format: Reading begins with featured readers in the first hour and is followed by an open mic.
Open mic poets are asked to read one or two poems no longer than five minutes total.
