> This is a beautiful tree house on a second floor, located about a mile and a half up Little Lake Rd. The house has two bedrooms and a small loft area that can be used as a spare room. It has high redwood ceilings and beams and an open floor plan, where the kitchen, the dining area and the living room are integrated. The house has skylights throughout and amazingly good light, considering it is surrounded by a redwood forest. There is also a large back deck with built in benches, below which there is a carport. Washer and dryer on premises.

> The first floor is not part of the rental and I’ll be coming up occasionally to stay in the apartment in that area, supervise repairs, and check in on the property. The property has other smaller dwellings on it, one of which is rented out to a local person, and the other is used about every three weeks by my land partners who live in the Bay. There is plenty of space on the grounds for walks, and through the forest one can hike all the way down to Big River and to the beach.
