The  Gift







They destroyed my house,

They killed my wife.

They robbed me of my children,

They dishonored my path.




They stripped me of my titles,

They ruined my health,

Unearthed the bones of my fathers,

And burned my shrine at the end………..




…What they left me with… is 

The secret… this strange gift…

After everything is stripped away,

What is this, that still remains…?




What is this strange joy , that feels like an ocean of warm silk?

The delicate song of the baby bird brings me to tears;

I can hear the trembling silence of the stars;

Why do my lips wear this peculiar smile?

The veil is burnt. You paid your price.

Keep the secret, hide your smile.

You hear the music, hummed by Eternity,

They don’t know. It’s between you and Infinity.
