Breathwork is the ideal practice for anyone looking to tap into their own inner healing, raise consciousness and become a master of manifestation!

The specific practice of “conscious connected” breathing, will be an active modality which involves inhales and exhales through the mouth in a paced, circular rhythm done to music while being guided by Mariscela or Theodore.

7 Easy Tips to Get the Most Out of Your Experience:
•              Download a copy of Zoom (zoom.us) to your laptop or smartphone.
•              Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed and will have enough room for movement. You might want to prepare a blanket and a cushion to make yourself more comfortable.
•              Check you have a solid internet connection in order to get the best out of the experience.
•              Use a good quality set of headphones or speakers.
•              Don’t eat heavily before the ceremony.
•              Have some paper and a pen, or crayons beside you. Set your intentions ahead of time.
•              Feel free to create an altar that will support your process by raising the energetic vibration around you.

Mariscela Alvarez and Theodore Upton are not medically trained and the Conscious Connected Breathing technique is not a medical practice.  If you suffer from any serious condition you should check with your medical practitioner prior to breathing with us. The
 breath style we use is not advised for conditions such as cardiovascular disease, detached retina or glaucoma, diagnosed brain or abdomen aneurysm, diagnose bipolar or schizophrenia, uncontrolled diabetes epilepsy or delicate pregnancy. Likewise, if you are
 on any medications you are advised to seek medical counsel prior to joining us.  If you do have any of the above conditions and would still like to breath with us, please breathe in & out through your nose during the entire session.  You’ll still highly benefit
 from this practice!
Also it is imperative that you do not drive, operate heavy machinery, work with sharp objects or partake in any other potentially
 hazardous activities until you feel fully grounded. This may take some time so please plan accordingly.
