~Hi Everyone~ 

~ This Forum is about Community Health ~ this include many of the elements some of us have been discussing 

regarding elements noted in Blue Zones in different parts of the World and many of us 

are excited about the possibility of creating our own Blue Zone here on the Coast~. 

~The advantages within Blue Zones are the results of the creation of a Health and Vitality Consciousness~! 

~ You may find this interesting and filled with information you had no idea of~. 

~There is a deep stirring in the belly of our community now~. 

~ Much of our health system is under heavy pressure and it is difficult and stressful meeting all of the demands and needs 

required to treat illness and disease~. 

~ There is also the flip side of Health and Healing  that has to do with prevention of illness and disease~. 

The creation of a healthy and thriving sustainable life style~.

~ Some of this will be touched upon~.

~ The Forum will also give a very clear picture and report card of the 11 county Northern California Region~.
