[Thespiritexpress] The Great Bell Chant

This morning while holding space with the Breathwork session that Ed, so lovingly reminds us is happening, part of the music we listened to was the Great Bell Chant with Thich Nhat Hang speaking over the music about Compassion.  Many of you have heard this chant, but it felt so good to me to let is resonate in my heart and send those feelings out into the world.  I wanted to send it onto you all with blessings of Peace.
