Hi Devreaux,

I have created a listing on the ACMC website calendar (link below) for this event…

https://www.artsmendocino.org/event/armand-brint-toni-bernbaum-mendocino-poetry-series/

...but also want to let you know that you can also submit listings.

Info about ACMC publicity below:

1. the ACMC website calendar — (which anyone can log in & submit listings to at anytime.)

2. the ACMC Arts Weekly email digest — (which is emailed on Monday mornings to about 720 subscribers, covering what is happening through the next weekend.

3. the monthly ACMC Arts Calendar PDF — (which is printed for display & also sent or emailed to people with the Mendocino County Tourism Commission, Visit Mendocino, members & galleries and to others who print and display it in their area. It is also available as a printable download on the ACMC website. It is distributed to Mendocino County lodging establishments via email and also printed for display in prominent locations around the county.)

As far as the monthly ACMC Arts Calendar PDF, I am usually working a month in advance & try to have it mostly together by the middle of the month, & have it printed around the 20th.

Below are basic tips for using the ACMC website.

..with interactive features, where you can register, log in, create your artist or organization profile page & add add events, classes & exhibits. It is pretty easy & straightforward but please let me know if you have any difficulty or questions about using the interactive features. (The images for the website don't need to be print resolution; they can be 400 pixels at 72 dpi…)

To submit a class choose “Classified”(bottom choice in the blue box on the left, when logged in to the ACMC dashboard)

If needed, we could do a walk through on the phone, just to make sure you know how it works. (707.962.0739)

If the listing is on our calendar, it will be included in the Arts Weekly email digest that is sent out to 720+ subscribers on Mondays covering ongoing exhibits & what is happening in the county through the next weekend. If you don't currently receive it, would you like to get this digest?

I would also like to encourage all Mendocino County artists & organizations to Join ACMC <http://www.artsmendocino.org/join-acmc/> (you can also renew membership at this link)

Please forward & share this with anyone else who could benefit from using the ACMC website's networking & publicity tools. They can be particularly helpful to artists who want to have a web page with a gallery of images & contact info, without having to maintain their own website.

If you have any questions please contact me.

Thank you,
Bill
