everyone about a breathwork event at our place in Mendocino on Saturday,
September 7 from 3-6 pm coming up in 2 weeks.  The details are embedded in
the email below.

This is an invitation from our breathwork friends, Mariscela and Theodore.
The in-person experience will be hosted at our Mendocino property,
Saturday, September 7, 3:00-6:00 PM.  All details are included in the email

Theodore and I are looking forward to offering you the power of Mandala
Breathwork, and to connect with this great community with the potential of
creating new friendships.  We’re also deeply grateful to Lyn and Scott for
hosting us in their sacred home.


By the time we meet, we will have just returned from the far lands of
Nepal, Tibet, and India.  Thank you for this opportunity to gather in
sacred circle, as it will help us to share the energetic blessings, we’ll
especially receive in Mount Kailash (Tibet,) revered as one of the most
sacred mountains in the world.

Our intention for the group is to hold a very sacred and safe container
where the energy of “giving and receiving” is experienced through the
healing alchemy of your breath.

We’ll gather at a lovely Sanctuary at a private residence, in the redwoods
of Mendocino.  Address will be provided upon registration!


During our time together, we will practice a powerful ritual called the
Mandala Breath, as a tool for Spiritual awakening.  This breathwork
practice is about shining a light on us and being witnessed by another in
our wholeness.  While creating a human Mandala - symbolizing the Universe -
we'll practice the Conscious Connected Breathing technique, which is
usually done breathing in and out through the mouth and accompanied by
music. Through intentional breathing we can experience a strong union with
the Divine and all creation, activating love, joy, and forgiveness.
