[Thespiritexpress] For Those About to Partake...

Thank you for the privilege of studying, creating and reading together in
Tuesday Pathwork class.  Between shaking yoga, meditation and class time,
I'm often inspired to write what wells up within me and comes gushing out
in what I sometimes call, "goulash poetry" - lots of many things baked into
one dish!

I wrote most of this piece a few weeks ago during and after a Tuesday
Pathwork session - thank you everyone for your delectable influences
through experiences in our lives together.

 *For Those About To Partake…*





Here, on this plate before us –

the dish, the cup, the fern in the forest –

and to Rosa Parks who said,

*“I will not move to the back of this bus,”*

– you stood so tall while remaining seated –

*Thank you, Sister Rosa*!



Here, at the feast of humanity’s table –

there are portions for the ailing and the able;

we can share with the young and the old;

the tipping gypsy, the impermanently stable –

each one of us bold enough to sing

in our symphonically unified distorted voice –

*one song*.



For those about to partake –

each piece we cause to shake,

creates a more full union –

one harmonic hum at a time –

an abundant bliss of eternal peace with every soul –

table or not, *here we come*.



For those about to receive this time –

stay… give… go…

now, wake up.



Evolution clears a murky mind

this very moment, shifting every universe

ever made manifest

into one breath at a time.

          *Huu…aayyy…iiii-aaayyy*
