Once considered an exotic delicacy - but now a revered common nutrient but many do not know the proven benefits for health and vitality~! 

~ LIVING IN THE THE FUNGI ZONE ~

~ As we approach the rainy season MUSHROOMs are popping up here and there~!! 

~This has been a major Winter Sport for me and my family ever since moving to Fort Bragg 32 years ago~!! 

The Health Benefits from searching for various species, as well as, the joy of identification and eating them is an adventure~!! 

~ I took two Mycology classes from our local college to identify them (accurately) and found that it is 

rather a simply process for a basket of those that are easily identifiable ~~~ so check out the site above

P.S. With Thanksgiving right around the corner keep an eye out for Chanterelles - which are abundant 

in our area ~~~~ We live in a specific area known the World over as one of the best areas for “shroom hunting”~~~!!!
