You may already know and love their Executive Director Ui Wesley, who runs the Xa Kako Dile Farmstand at Fortunate Farm in Caspar, CA. Ui gives so generously of her heart, soul, and precious time this community- to know her is to love her and feel loved by her. We are so honored that Ui and the remarkable board members and teachers of Xa Kako Dile are open to partnering on this special event.

> Chef Joe will be referencing recipes from well-known Indigenous Chefs like Sean Sherman, Lakota Sioux, and Chef Justin Pioche, Navajo, as well as Joe’s own background in the Southwest Culinary movement of the 1990’s, to bring you this magical meal. Our DJ Friends Erica + Marco will be pulling Vintage Vinyl from their stacks featuring Indigenous Musicians like Link Wray, Jimi Hendrix, Robbie Roberston with The Band, Redbone, and More.
