[Thespiritexpress] messages of hope

Thank-you Eric for this interview link.  Hope is a confusing concept for 
me.  I know that hope brings me comfort and yet I wonder if hope takes 
me out of the present moment.  How to have hope and be comfortable in 
the present is a lesson practice for me.

I also listened to some of East Forest.  Music was especially nice to 
relax into before bed.
