[Thespiritexpress] Lying with the Mother

	My daughter Arianne and I picked flowers and responded to Sue’s invitation yesterday to join her in co-creating a healing ceremony for Mother Earth that she facilitated, 'including a sound healing journey, laying upon our precious pachamama & allowing ourselves to share intentional, healing prayers with her while receiving healing from laying upon her.’ 
	This was an amazing experience of receiving the energy in the body from all the different sounds while lying face down, cradled in the sand and embraced by the Mother. The beat penetrating the body and radiating out from the heart, the swirling, streaming, vibrating purification of rain, crashing waves and wind, was punctuated by the babbling of a child.  'We release flowers upon the water’s surface with our intentions and prayers for Mother earth and all the mothers, for  ourselves, our ancestors etc.'  Salty water on feet and face.  
	Only a little more than a dozen attended for the wind was fiercely gusting at times, but the glow we felt kept us warm. 
	A perfect Mother’s day for us, my daughter said, since tomorrow Sunday it will rain off and on all day, a cold rain. Thank you rain. thank you Sue, Audreya, and all the sound making women. Blessings.
