[Thespiritexpress] Perfect renters looking for a perfect house

Hello all,

My daughter and I are looking for a just-right rental, hopefully available
in May or June, but we're open to options.  We love where we live and can
be here indefinitely, but since my husband passed in January it's felt far
too isolated and roomy for the two of us.  We do have pets (woof, woof,
meow) and have lived in our current place for nearly 5 years.  I am a
stable, responsible adult with a regular income...my daughter is a fun and
loving 6th grader and our pets are quiet and friendly.  We may be rehoming
our cat as I settle into this new turn my life has taken.

Ideally we would live somewhere between Fort Bragg and Mendocino, 2-3
bedrooms with space out of doors, fast internet, and a yard.

We come with excellent references, a dynamite credit score, and a whole lot
of gratitude.
