[Thespiritexpress] Assistance needed

Dear friends.  I need a recommendation for a strong helper to move some
items around to help my son, Jack.  He has been in hospital for over two months,
and will be coming to his home on Dwyer Lane, off hwy 20.....in a few days.

This is not a heavy duty moving job.....just some relocating of items to enable space
for a hospital bed.  It would require about 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours.
