Thank you EveryOne ~ for your Heart loving ways~!! 

1) ~~Thank you everyone who responded to the GoFundMe post I put out for Cynthia and Lena ~~ the totally unexpected and sudden death of Frank who had attended many a Spirit House Center function through the years and rarely missed a Shamanic Drumming circle ~~~ or the Fri. morning Shaking Yoga  Meditation~. 

2) ~~I received word that Fred Evans passed in the early morning hours today surrounded by family~. 

3) ~~I received a call from Jan Hogan this morning requesting Prayers and candles for her recovery ~~~ as she goes into cancer surgery tomorrow ~~ her Spirits were sky high as is her natural demeanor~.
