Dear One’s ~~~~~~ 
			~~~~~~~~~We’ve all been through it, with it, around it, touch by it ~~~ Let’s be as honest as possible because in the end it is so very honestly sobering as well heart breaking in most cases… 

“IT” - is of course death.

~ As the days grow longer for those of us who are fortunate enough to wake-up to the Suns rays, the morning frost, and to the Manzanita in bloom every morning, the question can be asked: 
“Am I happy~?” “What, who, when do I take any part of my day for granted~?  

~Frank Menhams died 3 weeks ago ~ but it seems like yesterday… 

~Cynthia and her daughter Lina are stepping into new territory now~. 
Cynthia and Frank started a beautiful business helping to provide CARE for young people
on the “Spectrum” ~ and Cynthia was recently featured as a TED TALK Speaker~. 
They were a married couple~.
People who help other people need help at times~. 
We all do what we can ~ even prayers help.

"Spirit House Center for Attitudinal Healing” 501 (C)(3) is a nonprofit, charitable organization. We offer support services to those touched by life threatening illness. We provide workshops, retreats and opportunities for community to gather, heal and deepen our awareness of the Sacred.  We believe that love and forgiveness are the most important healing powers in the world. Our definition of health is inner peace. We define healing as the process of letting go of painful beliefs and fearful attitudes. When we let go of fear, only love remains. 
Our work is about Healing and Awakening.
