~~~Today was the first day back on Zoom at Spirit House ~~~~ I attended three amazing groups ~~~ The Mastery Group was one of the most eloquent and articulated groups I’ve ever been in~.  The depth of heart felt soul speaking very much touched me in a way that I knew I was in the right where I needed to be in that moment in time~!!  

~~ It is that time of year when things come floating into my mail and this is one ~~~ I have no idea how accurate this is but it certainly gave me some perspective:
