[Thespiritexpress] New Year healing

I would like to thank the small group of loving friends who sat with me through a mushroom journey to herald the new year, all day long I was sung and prayed over, my body received LOTS  of loving touch, as I recover from my stroke and the aftermath of   toxic relationship(s), it is wonderful that so much love is opening to me!so much grief, agony and rage came out of me - when I would open my eyes and take a breath I was surprised to still be alive!
